Peradventure you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product if it’s still in the same condition you received it from us and in the original packaging and then, you will get a full refund or an exchange of the product(s) for another or your full payment. You can return the product(s) within seven days from the date of purchase.
To return a product
Package the product, print out the evidence of your payment for the item, and add it to the product. Way-bill your product(s) back to Primadonna Naturals. Kindly send us an email via firstname.lastname@example.org indicating your reasons, and anyone from Primadonna Naturals team will respond to you as soon as possible within seven working days.
Immediately your products are received by Primadonna Naturals; our sales team will initiate a refund of your initial payment. In a situation whereby you canceled a pick up item after payment, our team will refund you back after you must have submitted your cancellation request through email@example.com. The process of your refund depends on your original payment method: if you made payment using credit or debit card, refunds would be to the card-issuing bank within seven days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request.
